Penis Enlargement Surgery

Overview
Penis enlargement surgery is a technique that tries to expand the length or circumference of the penis. To expand the size of the penis, surgery may entail the placement of silicone implants, the transfer of fat cells, or the use of skin grafts. In some cases, a longer-looking penis may be created through cosmetic surgery.

Reasons to have the operation

Rarely does a man need to grow his penis. Surgery is only required in cases of micro-penis, according to the Urology Care Foundation (UCF).
When stretched, a penis that falls within this definition is one that is at least 7.5 centimeters short.
It is not necessary to operate on a penis that performs well for urination and sexual activity. Most people seeking therapies for penis size have a penis that is within the normal, functional range, according to the authors of a 2020 review.

Methods
Silicone implants:
In order to lengthen and widen the penis, this kind of surgery entails inserting a crescent-shaped piece of medical-grade silicone under the penile skin.
A silicone slip is placed onto the shaft of the penis after a surgeon first makes an incision above it. The silicone implant will be shaped to fit the size and form of the penis.

Fat transfer:
A surgeon will perform a fat transfer operation in which fat cells are taken out of a fatty area of the body and injected into the shaft of the penis.
Purified fat cells are injected into the sides of the penis through tiny incisions made there.

Suspensory ligament division:
By severing the suspensory ligament, ligamento-lysis, or suspensory ligament division surgery, it is possible to lengthen a flaccid penis. This ligament connects the penis to the pubic bone.
The physician will cut this ligament during the treatment and move the skin from the abdomen to the penis shaft. This may cause the flaccid penis to hang lower, but it has no real impact on its size.
The surgeon could also suggest other operations, like liposuction of the penis region. Although it doesn’t truly change its length, doing so could give the penis the appearance of being larger.

Recovery
To ensure that the penis heals properly, the recovery period following surgery is typically very prolonged. After undergoing cosmetic penile augmentation surgery, experts advise refraining from strenuous exercise for 30 days and masturbating or engaging in sexual activity for 60 days.

Risks and side effects
Aside from sexually dysfunctional penile deformity and extreme shortening, other undesirable changes included curvature, edema, subcutaneous lumps, infection, and non-healing wounds.

A person might go through:
bruising at the operation site
bruising along the penis
changes in the shape of the penis
bleeding at the incision
infection
swelling
temporary loss of sensation in the penis
pain with erection
Scarring
Age Limit

Enlargement is not conducted before the age of 20, even though the penis can develop up to that age. You must be older than 20 to use the application in the healthiest and safest manner.
